The document indicating the scope of the works to be carried out by the liaison office and the signature authority of the foreign company official who signed the declaration and declaration with the commitment of the bureau not to conduct commercial activities.

A certificate of activity certified by the foreign company and related to the provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of the Obligation of Foreign Official Documents prepared by the Turkish Consulate or the Hague States Private Law Conference,

Annual report or balance sheet and income statement about foreign company,

Authorization document to be given to the person (s) assigned to the duty of conducting the activities of the liaison office,

And if the establishment of the liaison office is carried out by someone else, the power of attorney.
