Requirements for The Employer<\/p><ul><li>In order to benefit from social support incentive no.6704, the employer has to employ the insured in addition to the average number of registered insurers.<\/li><li>The employer is required to provide the insured\u2019s monthly premium and service documents to the SSI within the period specified in the law.<\/li><li>The employer must pay the employee\u2019s insurance premium within the period specified in the law.<\/li><li>The employer must have no debts such as unemployment insurance premium, insurance premium, administrative fine and delay increase which are not paid during the period specified in the law.<\/li><li>The employer must have notified the SSI of everyone he employed. If proven otherwise, the benefits can be withdrawn with interest.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Social Support Promotion Requirements No. 6704<\/strong><\/h2><p>The conditions of social support incentive No. 6704 are examined in 2 different ways from the point of view of the employer and from the point of view of the insured. Accordingly, we can explain these conditions as follows.<\/p><h3><strong>Social Support Incentive Process No. 6704<\/strong><\/h3><p>Employers can benefit from social support incentive no.6704 for a maximum period of 1 year from the date the insured person starts work. However, with various applications and documents, it is possible for the Council of Ministers to extend the duration of the incentive by 1 year.<\/p><h3><strong>People Who Cannot Benefit from Social Support Incentive No. 6704<\/strong><\/h3><p>There are people and employers who cannot benefit from social support incentive No. 6704. These are as follows:<\/p><ul><li>30 of Law No. 5335.institutions and pennies within the scope of the second paragraph of the article,<\/li><li>30 of Law No. 5335.places of business related to the purchase and sale made by the institutions included in the article,<\/li><li>Insured persons subject to social security support premium<\/li><li>Persons insured abroad.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Social Support Incentive Amount Numbered 6704<\/strong><\/h3><p>If the employers and employees who meet the requirements benefit from the incentive, the amount determined will be paid from the date of the Ministry of family and Social Policies.
